How to Build with SIPS
Quality SIPs are a unique composition which relies on integrated studs to provide the structural integrity of the building. Superiorly insulating, high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation is injection molded to provide the highest insulation R-value per inch in the Structural Insulated Panel market. The panel comes wrapped on either side with quality OSB for easy application and a quick build.

Rigid Foam Insulation
Rigid foam can be used in walls, roofs, and foundations, for retrofits or new construction. Most varieties of foam have a higher R-value per inch than fiberglass, cotton, or cellulose.
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
These panels consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural pieces of OSB. SIPs can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design.
